What inspired you to want a life in Architecture and the creative industries?:
Architecture has fascinated me for years, and I’ve gained substantial experience through both my studies and work. I’m eager to expand this knowledge in a programme where professionals discuss architecture’s role in shaping lives, history, logic, and addressing global challenges. My goal is to create deeply personal design concepts, guided by the Latin phrase “Nosce te Ipsum”—“Know thyself”—to better understand and meet the needs of others. Both academically and professionally, I’ve strived to personalise my designs, enhancing my skills and vision for a future career in architecture.

Who inspired you in finding your path to Architecture/Film and the creative industries?:
My journey into architecture was inspired by a blend of historical and contemporary influences. My path to architecture was inspired by the work of architects like Carlo Scarpa, Tadao Ando, and Zaha Hadid. Scarpa’s attention to craftsmanship, Ando’s mastery of light and space, and Hadid’s bold, futuristic forms opened my eyes to architecture’s potential to evoke emotion and reshape environments. Their influence, alongside my academic projects and experiences in 3D visualization, cemented my passion for design as a way to create impactful, meaningful spaces that connect people to place and time.

How you unlock obstacles and overcome bias in your work?:
I tackle obstacles and bias by staying adaptable, seeking diverse perspectives, and breaking down challenges. This approach helps me create inclusive, thoughtful designs and continuously improve my work.

What improvements do you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment?:
Effective change requires greater inclusivity, practical learning, and mentorship. Fostering diverse perspectives, hands-on experience, and continuous skills development will better prepare individuals for real-world challenges and bridge the gap between academia and industry.
