What inspired you to want a life in Architecture and the creative industries?: The creative aspect of the profession, as I was always interested in art, sketching, music.
Who inspired you in finding your path to Architecture/Film and the creative industries?: My guidance counselor and school mates suggested that I look into architecture as a career and university path during a guidance class.
How you unlock obstacles and overcome bias in your work?: Always keeping an open mind and trying my best to see the world and situations from different perspectives. Interacting with a variety of people and in different contexts always helps, and facing my own fears has been a great way to overcome personal bias and leanings.
What improvements do you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment?: Reducing silos, promoting open communication, reducing fear of speaking up and out, and keeping people open to different ways of seeing things.
