What inspired you to want a life in creative industries?
From a young age, I was always inspired by movies and stories, and the positive impacts that they could have on peoples life to inspire them to become more. That’s why I wanted to spend. My life positively, impacting as many young people as possible, with hopes of inspiring them to follow their dreams.
Who inspired you in finding your path?
I would say that one of my first and biggest inspirations was my mother. Seeing the work that she would do within the community and supporting those who had no support truly inspired me.
How you unlock obstacles and overcome bias in your work?
I think that education and awareness is the best way to combat bus in work
What improvements do you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment?
I feel that one of the biggest changes that are required to promote effective change in these environments is acknowledging that we are all different and providing access to the right resources and support that each individual needs. We need to work to make these environments at equitable.
