My desire to combine creativity with practicality and problem solving alongside my love for social sciences and history.

My history teacher at secondary school and my uncle who is an engineer

Advocating for change through organisations such as Paradigm Network and Part-W

What improvements you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment? Organisations and institutions need to take accountability, Gather data, Examine recruitment & progression and Change processes that have for too long allowed systemic inequality to flourish.
