What inspired you to want a life in Architecture and the creative industries?
Nature inspires me, the beauty and wisdom of it!
That is why in architectural buildings I get excited when seeing elementsof nature: woods, stones  , water e.t.c.  buildings , houses that  allow us to live in constant relation with nature.

Who inspired you in finding your path to Architecture and the creative industries?
An inner power guiding me to my true self and my children!

How you unlock obstacles and overcome bias in your work.
I usually take 5 minutes pause, or I go to nature ( even by stopping and observing the small flower pot on my office is enough)When the situation is  extreme  I breath out x 8 fast ( like in baby delivery room )

What improvements you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment?
By improving  our communication skills to speak with clarity, simply applying listening to other people while talking and accepting them , then relationships in a micro-level will improve consequently it will flow in macro-level , as well.
