What inspired you to want a life in Architecture and the creative industries?:

From a young age, I found immense pleasure in sketching. It was an affordable hobby that I could indulge in at any given time or place. I soon discovered that I possessed a keen sense of spatial awareness and had the ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions.

Who inspired you in finding your path to Architecture/Film and the creative industries?:
When I was merely 5 years old, my sister inquired about my future aspirations. My response was a magician, singer or artist. She then suggested, “Why not consider becoming an architect?” This suggestion ignited a spark within me and set me on my path towards architecture. It is essential to understand that inherently creative individuals yearn to express their creativity. Restraining them would only result in the loss of their valuable talent.

How you unlock obstacles and overcome bias in your work?:
I have to work harder and smarter. I let my work speak for itself and showcase my worth.

What improvements do you feel are required to promote effective change in the academic and working environment?:
I am a firm believer that diversity of thought is the key to innovation. It has the potential to unlock immense value if given the chance. Once individuals realise the enrichment that diversity of thought brings, they will naturally become advocates for change.
